What operators usually ask.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Annual plans can be split into quarterly instalments with no interest. Enterprise contracts support custom invoicing cycles.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time from your admin dashboard. Your data is retained for 90 days, fully exportable. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
Is there a free trial?
Yes โ€” Starter plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Growth and Enterprise include a live demo and a 30-day pilot.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fee on Starter and Growth. Enterprise onboarding is quoted per scope โ€” typically offset by migration credits.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude 15% VAT. Invoices are issued in compliance with ZATCA Phase II regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, mada, Visa, Mastercard, and direct debit for annual contracts. Enterprise clients can pay via purchase order.
